Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Medication Reminders
Meal Preparation and Nutrition
Companionship and Social Interaction
Health Monitoring
Qualifications:
2+ years experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred.
Must be able to safely assist clients with transfers, mobility, repositioning, wheelchair assistance, and other hands-on physical care as required by the client's care plan.
Must have active Drivers License and Insurance
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team
