About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Administer medication and monitor client health as directed.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families for optimal care.
Requirements:
- Valid CHHA certification and experience in personal care preferred.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and assist with mobility.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
- Background check and references required.
- Experience with elderly or disabled clients is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Italian Speaking Caregiver preferred.
