Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Support clients with mobility and transferring
- Prepare and serve meals according to clients’ dietary needs
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare providers
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus
- Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting mobility
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is a plus
