Competitive Pay: $16.00–$19.00/hour (based on experience and assignment)
Training Pay: $15.00/hour

Supportive and responsive local office team
You'll provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors in their homes. Depending on the client's needs, your responsibilities may include:
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Helping with mobility, walking, and safe transfers
Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
Performing light housekeeping and laundry
Assisting with errands and transportation, when applicable
Supporting clients with daily routines and activities
Observing and reporting changes in clients' conditions
Promoting client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
We want caregivers who are:
Compassionate, patient, and respectful
Dependable and committed to their scheduled shifts
Comfortable providing care independently in a client's home
Professional and able to communicate effectively
Passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors
Experience with dementia, Parkinson's disease, mobility assistance, personal care, or other specialized care needs is a plus!
We offer various shifts depending on current client needs and caregiver availability:
Day shifts
Overnight shifts
PRN / Fill-In opportunities
Typical Hours: 12–40 hours per week, depending on available assignments.
Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
At least 1 year of caregiving experience
Valid driver's license
Current auto insurance and reliable transportation
Negative TB screening
Ability to complete required basic health screening and pre-employment onboarding
Ability to pass required background checks
Authorization to work in the United States
CNA, GNA, or HHA experience is welcome but not required for all assignments.
We serve clients throughout Southern Maryland, including:
Waldorf, La Plata, Hughesville, Brandywine, Clinton, Fort Washington, Accokeek, Oxon Hill, Temple Hills, Suitland, District Heights, White Plains, and surrounding communities.
