ABOUT THE ROLE

ComForCare Home Care is looking for a compassionate, reliable Caregiver to provide in-home support in Mercer, NJ. You’ll help clients maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own home — and build real, lasting relationships along the way.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• *Personal care & toileting assistance
  *Mobility & transfer assistance
  *Wheelchair, walker & cane assistance
  *Meal preparation & light housekeeping
  *Medication reminders
  *Companionship & emotional support
  *Encourage mobility exercises per care plan
  *Follow RN care plan and report changes/concerns

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Genuine compassion and a desire to make a difference
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Prior caregiving experience preferred
• CHHA and CPR certificaltion is required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred but not required
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
