At JABA, we know that behind every older adult or person with a disability receiving care is someone who gives their time, energy, and compassion every day—a family caregiver. We're looking for an empathetic, resourceful, and community-minded Caregiver Support Coordinator to help those caregivers navigate challenges, access resources, and build confidence in their caregiving journey.

Schedule
This is a part-time position (25 hours per week), typically working Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Occasional flexibility is required to facilitate caregiver support groups, attend community events, or participate in meetings outside normal business hours.
Travel
Local travel throughout the JABA service area is required to conduct home visits, attend meetings, facilitate support groups, and participate in community outreach.
