About the Role:ComForCare Home Health Care - Springifield is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Clarksville, TN. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home care and support. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying living spaces
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Document and report changes in client condition to supervisors promptly
Requirements:- Previous caregiving, home health aide (HHA), or personal care aide (PCA) experience preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and assist clients with mobility as needed
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
