At BAYADA you''ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a Companion and Mentor as a part-time Special Needs Caregiver for Adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities to help them reach their full potential!

BAYADA is urgently hiring part-time Special Needs Caregivers throughout Lancaster County including:

• Lancaster
• Manheim
• Elizabethtown
• Landisville
• Mountville
• Willow Street
• New Providence
• Leola
• New Holland
• Ephrata
• And towns throughout Lancaster County, PA!

We Offer our Special Needs Caregivers:

• Weekly pay
• Consistent 1 on 1 clients
• PTO
• Flexible scheduling and short commute times

• 24/7 on call clinical manager support

Job Responsibilities for Caregiver - Special Needs:

• You will provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• You will accompany clients on errands and appointments
• You will spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• You will assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• You will participate in community integration activities

Qualifications for Caregiver - Special Needs:

• One year experience working with I/DD individuals; If you do not have this experience, training may be available through our apprentice program
• High school diploma or equivalent
