No two days are exactly alike, but your shift will center around helping residents maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. A typical shift is active, rewarding, and resident-focused. You'll provide hands-on personal care and medication support for residents in both Assisted Living and Independent Living, respond to call lights, assist with mobility and daily activities, and help residents enjoy meals, walks, and community activities. Depending on resident needs, you'll work with both Assisted Living and Independent Living residents, so flexibility and a willingness to adapt are important. You'll also document care, communicate with your team during shift changes, and respond to changing resident needs throughout the day. This role keeps you moving, working collaboratively, and making a meaningful difference in residents' lives every shift.
We believe in developing our team members. Every Caregiver is hired with the opportunity to grow their skills and advance within the community. Caregivers may have the opportunity to:
Receive training to become a Medication Technician (Med Tech), increasing both their skills and earning potential.
Gain experience working with both Assisted Living and Independent Living residents.
Expand clinical and resident care skills while working alongside an experienced Health & Wellness team.
Complete Relias learning modules and receive training on our documentation systems, medication processes, and community procedures.

Experience in Assisted Living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, memory care, or another team-based senior care setting.
