Do you want a job where you can make a difference, build meaningful relationships, and get out in the community instead of sitting behind a desk all day?
Starkey is hiring Program Trainers to join our Day Program on our main Wichita campus. In this role, you'll help adults with disabilities develop skills, build independence, and enjoy engaging experiences both on campus and throughout the community.
Every day looks a little different. One day you might be helping someone learn a new life skill, and the next you could be enjoying a trip to the zoo, exploring local parks, participating in community events, visiting museums, or helping individuals discover new interests and experiences.
What You'll Do
This is hands-on, meaningful work that combines caregiving, mentoring, community involvement, and plenty of opportunities to have fun while making a lasting impact.
