Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for a compassionate and committed caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA to support a client in Chantilly who is living with dementia. Schedule:
- Three mornings during weekdays
- Sunday mornings

What will you do?
- Cognitive support and dementia‑appropriate engagement
- Personal Care Assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Transferring, lifting and mobility assistance
- Light housekeeping
- Grocery Shopping
- Meal preparation
- Companionship / Supervision
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to doctor appointments and errands
- Documentation in client's records of the care provided after each visit
What we need from you?
- Experience working with clients with dementia (required)
- Have a valid PCA, HHA or CNA certificate
- CPR certification
- Proof of a negative tuberculosis (TB) screening
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable Personal Transportation
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and assist with transfers
