Caregiver Needed PA

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility support, and light household tasks as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support in a respectful, caring manner
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Support meal preparation, medication reminders, and routine organization according to care plans and instructions
• Monitor for changes in condition and communicate observations appropriately
• Encourage engagement, independence, and a positive daily routine
• Follow all care guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving, home care, personal care, or similar experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions carefully
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving, as appropriate to the role
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and respect for client privacy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be preferred, depending on assignment
• Background screening, references, and any required state or employer-specific clearances may be necessary
