    Caregiver / Home Health Aide

    As a Caregiver, you'll provide essential support that enhances the quality of life for seniors every day. From helping with daily routines like bathing and dressing to preparing meals and offering meaningful companionship, you'll make a real difference in helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.

    As a Caregiver, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:

    • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
    • Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
    • Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
    • Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy-like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests

    A few must-haves for our Caregivers:

    • High school diploma (or equivalent) and an active California Home Health Aide registration
    • Current CPR certification
    • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
    • Compassionate and dependable with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
