What you’ll be doing:

• Providing personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
• Assisting with safe transfers, lifting, and mobility during the night
• Meal prep and light housekeeping to keep things tidy and safe
• Offering supervision, safety monitoring, and companionship
• Medication reminders and documentation
• Ensuring peace of mind for families while they rest

Requirements:

• Active PCA, HHA, or CNA license in Virginia
• Current CPR certification & negative TB screening
• Able to pass a background check (per VA HCO barrier crime laws)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance
• Physical ability to lift 25 lbs. and provide safe client support
