What You'll Do

Responsibilities may vary based on each client's needs and individualized plan of care and may include:

Providing companionship and personal care
Assisting with activities of daily living
Helping with meal preparation and feeding
Providing light housekeeping and linen changes
Assisting with mobility and transfers
Providing transportation or assistance with errands and appointments, when applicable
Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
Following the client's plan of care and applicable care procedures
Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to follow a care plan and work independently
