About the Role:Creative Caregivers of Florida is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers and Homemaker Companions to join our team in Englewood, FL! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients during our 3PM–8PM shifts, providing essential support and companionship right when it matters most.
Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance including assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
- Assist with light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying living spaces
- Prepare and serve meals according to client dietary needs and preferences
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client well-being
- Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
- Communicate updates on client condition and needs to supervisors and family members
Requirements:- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or companion preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to work consistent 3PM–8PM evening shifts reliably
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification a plus
