Position Overview

Alivia Group Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers/Home Care Aides to support our client in Woodland Hills, CA. This role involves providing non-medical in-home assistance to seniors and individuals requiring support with daily living activities. Caregivers will work on a regular part-time schedule of 12 hours per day, 7 days a week, ensuring consistent and reliable care.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
  
• Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living)
  
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
  
• Medication reminders
  
• Grocery shopping and errands
  
• Transportation assistance and accompaniment to appointments
  
• Monitor client well-being and report concerns
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
  
• Ensure safe environment
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience preferred (home care or healthcare)
  
• Compassionate and professional demeanor
  
• Strong communication skills
  
• Ability to work independently
  
• Reliable transportation preferred
  
• Ability to pass background screening requirements
  
• Home Care Aide registration and TB Test are REQUIRED
