We are currently hiring compassionate, dependable, and responsive caregivers to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care for clients throughout North Monmouth, New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities vary based on each client's individualized care plan and condition and may include:
- Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene)
- Meal planning and preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assistance with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Running errands and grocery shopping (when applicable)
- Escorting clients to appointments or community outings (if needed)
- Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's condition
- Providing safe, respectful, and professional care at all times
- Performing other caregiving duties as outlined in the client's care plan
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and responsive
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to follow client care plans and agency policies
- Reliable transportation
- Must have scrubs
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred
- CNA or HHA certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate
Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling based on client needs, including:
- Full-time
- Part-time
- Weekday shifts
- Evening shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekend shifts
- Live ins
Compensation
Compensation varies depending on the assigned case and level of care required. Pay rates will be discussed during the interview process.
