About the Role:Limitless Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Home Care Aide to join our team in Vallejo, CA. In this role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized, in-home support that promotes independence and dignity. Responsibilities:- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure client safety
- Monitor and document changes in client health, behavior, or condition and report to supervisors
- Transport clients to medical appointments, errands, or social activities as needed
- Administer medication reminders in accordance with care plans
Requirements:- Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, empathetic demeanor
- Ability to pass a background check and TB test
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow detailed care plans
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
