What You'll Do

As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll help seniors maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life by:

• Providing personal care and assistance that allows clients to remain safely at home

• Helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship

• Assisting with mobility, including walking, transfers, and range-of-motion activities

• Providing medication reminders and keeping your supervisor informed of important client observations or concerns

• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

• Encouraging meaningful social interaction through conversation, games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other activities clients enjoy

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one month of healthcare experience preferred
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
