Caregiver / Home Care Aide (HCA) – Marin County, CA

Interim HealthCare of Sonoma & Marin is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Home Care Aides (HCAs) to provide personalized in-home care and support to clients throughout Marin County, CA, and surrounding communities.

We offer a variety of shifts, including shorter shifts and weekend opportunities, with the potential to increase shift length over time. Whether you're looking for flexibility or an opportunity to grow in home care, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

As a Caregiver or HCA, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Helping with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Supporting mobility and maintaining a safe home environment

• Running errands as needed

• Following personalized care plans and communicating with the care team

• Providing reliable, compassionate support that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes
