Now Hiring Coastside Caregivers!
Do you live in Half Moon Bay, Moss Beach, El Granada, Montara, or Pacifica? Or are you located elsewhere in San Mateo County and open to traveling to the Coastside for work?
We're looking for dependable and compassionate Caregivers to help seniors and adults remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
We welcome experienced Caregivers, Home Care Aides (HCA), CNAs, and HHAs!
Available Day Shifts
Choose from the following schedules, depending on client needs:
- 8 AM–12 PM | Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat
- 9 AM–1 PM | Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat
- 1 PM–5 PM | Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat
- 1:30 PM–5:30 PM | Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat
Part-time, client-based hours. Weekly hours and schedules depend on client assignments. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Pay & Benefits
- $22–$25/hour, depending on assignment
- Paid every other Friday
- Daily Pay available through Tapcheck
- Paid training
- Paid sick leave
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees working 30+ hours/week
- $150 sign-on bonus after 30 shifts
- $300 caregiver referral bonus
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Help with walking, mobility, and safe transfers.
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Support clients with dementia and Alzheimer's care.
- Help clients with daily activities and errands as needed.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or family caregiving).
- California HCA registration required or willingness to obtain it.
- Reliable transportation; driving requirements depend on the assignment.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
