Schedule: Overnight Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal care and other needs throughout the overnight shift.

• Monitor Well-Being: Watch for changes in residents’ conditions and report concerns promptly.

• Provide Overnight Support: Respond to resident needs and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment throughout the night.

• Promote Independence: Encourage residents to remain as independent as possible while providing the support they need.

• Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.

• Protect Dignity: Provide dependable care with patience, respect, and compassion.

• Experience: Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required. We provide training!
