HomeWell is looking for a great caregiver to help a client in Fairview, TN, from 1–4 PM, Monday through Friday. The client was recently discharged from the hospital and needs some additional support at home. Come make a difference in someone's life!

RESPONSIBILITIES
With dignity, compassion, and care, your duties may include:
- Companionship
- Light cooking and cleaning
- Bathing, grooming, and toileting assistance
- Assistance with ambulation and medication reminders
- Transportation for appointments and errands
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work providing care to older adults or individuals with chronic conditions preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to safely perform the essential duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Caring, punctual, reliable, and professional
- Successful completion of required criminal background checks
- Successful completion of required drug screening
