What You’ll Do
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing)
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery errands
- Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report any changes or concerns
- Document visits using our mobile care system
What Helps You Succeed

- Comfortable working independently in a client’s home
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting up to ~25 lbs)
- Reliable transportation (for applicable assignments)
- Access to a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
Schedule & Location
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Shifts available: weekdays, evenings, and weekends
- Service areas include: Honolulu, Pearl City, Kaneohe, Kailua, Waipahu, and Mililani
- We are actively expanding into additional areas as we grow our team
Requirements
- Must be 18+
- Ability to pass background check and TB clearance per Hawaii law (HAR §11-700)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
