    About the Role:
    Senior Helpers of Portland/Vancouver is looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver-Driver to join our dedicated team in Vancouver, WA. This rewarding role combines hands-on personal care with safe, reliable transportation to help seniors maintain their independence and quality of life.     Responsibilities:
    • Provide compassionate in-home personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
    • Safely transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings
    • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
    • Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
    • Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors and their families
    • Maintain accurate care logs and documentation for each client visit
    • Follow individualized care plans and adhere to senior care best practices
    Requirements:
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance
    • Previous caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience preferred
    • Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
    • Strong communication and time management skills
    • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

    Compensation: $19.50 - $24.00 per hour
