Private Care Management LLC is recruiting 100 new team members, to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities.
Hiring in: Essex, Bergen, Passaic, Union, Monmouth, Middlesex, Hudson, Sussex, and Morris counties.
Your role
Assist with personal care and everyday routines according to individual support plans.
Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
Encourage independence, personal choice, and community participation.
Provide respectful, attentive support that protects each individual’s dignity.
Complete service documentation and communicate with your supervisor.

Show up on time and follow through.
Are patient, compassionate, and respectful.
Are willing to learn and complete required training.
Can follow support plans and communicate clearly.
Complete required screening before starting work.
Home health aides and applicants with caregiving experience are encouraged to apply. These positions involve Direct Support Professional work.
