About the Position
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to support a client recovering from knee surgery in a private home setting. This is a consistent weekday schedule with flexible morning start times. The family is looking for someone who is dependable, patient, and able to provide both physical support and companionship during recovery.
Schedule & Hours
- 5 days per week (Monday-Friday)
- Approximately 6-hour shifts per day
- Flexible start time between 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Assist with mobility and ambulation (post-surgical support)
- Provide personal care assistance as needed
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Companionship and engagement
- Monitor safety and fall risk
- Support daily routines and recovery plan
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with post-surgical care or mobility support preferred
- Patient, attentive, and safety-focused
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to adapt to client needs and preferences
