Certified CPR and current physical or T.B./PPD test, if applicable4. Minimum one (1) year of documented experience5. Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively8. Should be registered with CDSS as an HCO9. Should be able to provide proof for a clear TB test results10.
