Pay Rate: $19.30 - $21.30 per hour (Shift differentials & CNA premium applied)

We offer competitive base pay, shift differentials for afternoon and night shifts, and an extra $1.00/hour premium for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)!

Shift Schedules & Compensation

We operate on three standard 8-hour shifts. All positions include a rotating weekend schedule.

• 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM): $19.30/hour (CNA rate: $20.30/hour)
• 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM): $20.05/hour (CNA rate: $21.05/hour)
• 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM): $20.30/hour (CNA rate: $21.30/hour)

Choose Your Commitment Level:

• Full-Time: 5 days a week (60+ hours per bi-weekly pay period)
• Part-Time: Roughly 3 days a week (40–59 hours per bi-weekly pay period)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate daily care and companionship to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident health, behavior, or needs.
• Collaborate warmly with residents' families and our healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior caregiving experience (personal, professional, or familial) is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important!
• CNA License: Not required, but highly rewarded with an extra $1.00/hour.
• Availability: Ability to work a rotating weekend schedule is required.
• Traits: High empathy, strong communication skills, reliability, and patience.
