The Career Tech/CBE Advisor serves as the student's main point of contact for students enrolled in Career Tech and Competency-Based Education programs. This role is essential to student success, retention, and career development through a holistic, student-centered approach. This includes guiding students from intake to graduation by understanding their unique goals, responsibilities, and challenges, and collaboratively developing action plans for success.
