Primary Purpose
The Career Pathways Coordinator provides leadership, support, and direction related to Career Pathways (CP) grant deliverables, including Integrated Education and Training (IET) programming, and serves as a key point of contact for Adult Basic Skills (ABS), English Language Learner (ELL), and IET students. This position connects prospective and current students with the appropriate pathways, programs, and campus resources through outreach, referral, and light-touch support, while coordinating with ABS/ELL faculty, Career and Technical Education departments, and other College partners to ensure a strong student experience and grant compliance.

Ability to use software programs and database systems, including the Microsoft Office Suite, email, basic desktop publishing, and modern office equipment.
Ergonomic Requirements
Regular office hours are established between 8 am - 5 pm during the workweek. A flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends, may be necessary due to the nature of the responsibilities. Some work duties may be completed remotely at the discretion of the supervisor.
Incumbent must be able to function effectively indoors in an office environment engaged in work of primarily a sedentary nature. Requires the ability to work at a workstation for extended periods. Requires writing, reading written materials and computer screens, and using telephonic conversations. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. All individuals are required to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
