TECHNICIANS - Onsemi EFK is seeking highly skilled and motivated technicians to become part of our state of the art 300mm factory in East Fishkill, New York. Equipment/Maintenance Technicians sustain and run the fab floor with primary responsibility of resolving equipment and process issues. Technician positions are shift positions working a compressed week of 12-hour shifts. Onsemi is a 24/7 manufacturing facility providing technician support across all shifts. $5,000 sign-on bonus.
OPERATORS - onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Wafer Fab Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations Team. The role of the Manufacturing Specialist is primarily to load wafers into production equipment, verify product specs against equipment settings, monitor equipment operation, monitor process pace/productivity, and recognize when something is out of adjustment. $1,500 sign-on bonus.

The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members. RESPONSIBILITES FOR TECHNICIANS
Monitor, control, and qualify state-of-the-art 300 mm diffusion furnace semiconductor equipment
Perform, and teach others how to perform, preventive maintenance activities
React to error messages of factory systems and/or equipment
Review Statistical Process Control charts and other system indicators for process quality and react to Out of Control conditions, including defect troubleshooting
Perform, and teach others how to perform, visual inspections (quality checks)
Recover from process and tool interruptions
Identify and address potential areas for improvement and optimize tool availability, cycle time, utilization, and cost
Complete all required reporting and documentation
Understand and follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures and requirements
Actively participate in continuous improvement processes, learning, and skills development
Strong team member, able to work well with a global team, train new team members as needed, and perform other duties as assigned
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Day Shift 2 Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 6:30 am -7:00 pm
