Day-to-day, you facilitate classes and workshops focusing on soft skills, career services, and financial literacy, covering topics like résumé writing, interviewing, and professional branding. You coordinate with the Education Leader on training and guest speakers, and implement career planning strategies to ensure a smooth transition to employment. Crucially, you initiate employer outreach, build professional relationships, and host career fairs/recruitment events to maximize placement.
