You'll be the face of the agency to care managers, case managers, insurance plan reps, and other referral sources, building the kind of trust that turns a single introduction into a long-term partnership. Key Responsibilities
Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strong, ongoing partnerships with care managers, case managers, and insurance plan representatives
- Become a trusted point of contact for referral sources across the network
- Connect authentically with a wide range of personalities and professional backgrounds
Outreach & Network Expansion
- Research and identify potential new referral sources
- Conduct proactive outreach to bring new partners into the fold
- Develop creative strategies to strengthen existing relationships and grow the referral network
Referral Generation
- Drive consistent patient referrals through relationship-driven engagement
- Nurture connections over time rather than treating any interaction as a one-time touch
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills — you genuinely enjoy building relationships
- Self-motivated and proactive, not waiting to be told what to do next
- Creative and dynamic in your approach to outreach and engagement
- Quick thinker with solid emotional intelligence
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
