What you'll bring:
Passion for Care Management
3+ Years acute care clinical RN experience required
Prior RN experience in Utilization Management, Performance Improvement, Transition Planning and/or Care Management experience in an acute hospital or related managed care setting preferred
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
Internal applicants currently in a Care Manager position who are enrolled in a BSN program may apply
Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Preferred Certifications: PRI Certification
Salary Range
USD $50.38 - USD $69.27 /Hr.
