    Home Helpers is looking to hire an outgoing individual as our Care Logistics Manager to accommodate growth in our company. This position will be the primary point of contact for our caregivers and our clients. This position will serve our Pocatello and Idaho Falls service areas.

    Job Duties include but are not limited to:
    Understand and adhere to established Home Helpers care policies and
    procedures
    Schedule client appointments/visits according to Service Plan/Care Plans and
    staff availability
    Enter scheduling data, create and release weekly schedule for all assigned
    Caregivers (including call-outs, vacation coverage, etc.)
    Maintain call-in, retention and staff and client statistic reports
    Adhere to all HIPAA regulations
    Ability to manage a high volume of incoming calls, while placing several
    outgoing calls to staff open client shifts, on a timely basis.
    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
    High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one (1) to two (2)
    years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
    education and experience
    Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and or Google Suite and scheduling software
    Working knowledge of basic medical terminology
    Ideal Candidate:
    Must possess an extreme sense of urgency, be dependable and reliable.
    Demonstrates competency, organization, attention to detail, flexibility and
    cooperation in performing all job responsibilities.
    Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment.
    Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in person, on the
    phone, text and email.
    Have a current DL with auto insurance
    Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
