Job Details:

The Care House Coordinator will work closely with the director, assist in the overall daily administration of CARE House, a child advocacy center. Requires initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Is the frontline person at CARE House for visitor and callers to the advocacy center, as well as representing the advocacy center in the community. Maintains the CARE House case tracking system and prepares statistical reports. Plans and assists with team training session and special events. Registers all clients seen by onsite psychologist, maintains insurance information, and schedules appointments for clients seen by onsite clinicians. Responsible for supervision of waiting area for clients present for forensic interviews, medical exams, and mental health appointments.

Required Qualifications

GED or High school diploma
