We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Care Coordinator to support our growing non-medical home care team at Executive Home Care of Conway, AR.
This role is perfect for a caregiver who is ready to take the next step into leadership and client support while still remaining involved in hands-on care. You will play an important role in supporting caregivers, ensuring clients receive excellent care, and helping maintain strong relationships with the families we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Client Assessments & Care Planning
- Assist with in-home client assessments
- Support the development and updates of individualized care plans
- Help ensure caregivers understand and follow each client’s care plan
Caregiver Support & Training
- Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of services, including client specific training as needed
- Provide follow-up training and support when needed
- Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field
Client Relationship Support
- Conduct occasional client check-ins to help ensure satisfaction
- Communicate updates or concerns regarding client care
- Help maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families
Backup Care Coverage
- Provide hands-on caregiving when needed
- Assist with filling shifts when coverage gaps occur
- Model excellent caregiving standards for the team
Administrative Duties
- Scheduling caregiver shifts
- Fielding call-ins and replacement caregivers
- Maintaining client care plans to ensure changes are documented
- Reporting of necessary information to Home Care Administrator
- Assisting Home Care Administrator with orienting and training new caregivers
- Support office workflow and administrative operations as needed.

Working hours to be discussed with strong candidates. Ideally will work Monday - Thursday and alternating weekends (Thursday - Sunday).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous scheduling, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency
- Previous experience in non-medical home care or caregiving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Natural leadership ability and willingness to mentor others
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
- Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance, and commitment to client care
