    We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Care Coordinator to support our growing non-medical home care team at Executive Home Care of Conway, AR.


    This role is perfect for a caregiver who is ready to take the next step into leadership and client support while still remaining involved in hands-on care. You will play an important role in supporting caregivers, ensuring clients receive excellent care, and helping maintain strong relationships with the families we serve.

    Key Responsibilities


    Client Assessments & Care Planning

    • Assist with in-home client assessments
    • Support the development and updates of individualized care plans
    • Help ensure caregivers understand and follow each client’s care plan

    Caregiver Support & Training

    • Introduce new caregivers to clients at the start of services, including client specific training as needed
    • Provide follow-up training and support when needed
    • Serve as a resource for caregivers in the field

    Client Relationship Support

    • Conduct occasional client check-ins to help ensure satisfaction
    • Communicate updates or concerns regarding client care
    • Help maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and families

    Backup Care Coverage

    • Provide hands-on caregiving when needed
    • Assist with filling shifts when coverage gaps occur
    • Model excellent caregiving standards for the team
    Administrative Duties

    • Scheduling caregiver shifts
    • Fielding call-ins and replacement caregivers
    • Maintaining client care plans to ensure changes are documented
    • Reporting of necessary information to Home Care Administrator
    • Assisting Home Care Administrator with orienting and training new caregivers
    • Support office workflow and administrative operations as needed.

    Working hours to be discussed with strong candidates.  Ideally will work Monday - Thursday and alternating weekends (Thursday - Sunday).


    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma
    • Previous scheduling, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred.
    • Basic computer proficiency 
    • Previous experience in non-medical home care or caregiving
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Natural leadership ability and willingness to mentor others
    • Compassionate, dependable, and professional
    • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
    • Ability to work independently in clients’ homes
    • Demonstrated reliability, strong attendance, and commitment to client care

    Compensation: $33,280.00 - $37,440.00 per year
