Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, schedule, and monitor daily home care services and caregiver assignments.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, families, and caregivers to handle inquiries and resolve operational changes.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client files and care schedules in compliance with agency standards.
• Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive operational efficiency and high client satisfaction

Qualifications

• Full verbal and written fluency in Spanish and English.
• Proven experience in a home care setting with direct experience in care coordination.
