Our Care Access Patient Concierge is responsible for greeting patients and assisting with questions or concerns, creating pre-registration accounts for all new and established patients, verifying, collecting and updating required information.

We have all shifts available, full-time, part-time, per diem at our York Hospital location.

High School or higher education, and one year customer service experience is required. Knowledge of medical terminology, prior phone customer service or bookkeeping experience is recommended.
