Description Specialization: Cardiovascular Surgery Job Summary: Ogden Regional Medical Center is seeking a Part-Time/PRN Cardiovascular Surgeon to join our employed cardiovascular surgery team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced surgeon seeking a flexible schedule while maintaining a broad spectrum of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical practice in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. This employed position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality surgical care and support a well-established cardiovascular program at a Level II Trauma Center serving patients throughout Northern Utah and the surrounding region. Opportunity Highlights Employed position with HCA Healthcare Flexible schedule of approximately 7-10 days per month Practice a full spectrum of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery Participate in inpatient and call coverage responsibilities Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary cardiovascular team Access to advanced surgical technologies, including: Hybrid Operating Room Robotic Surgery Platform Opportunity to provide care in a high-acuity Level II Trauma Center Established referral network and strong community need Qualified Candidates Board certified or board eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery Ability to perform a broad range of cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgical procedures Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Utah Excellent clinical, communication, and teamwork skills Experience with minimally invasive and advanced surgical techniques preferred About HCA Ogden Regional Medical Center Ogden Regional Medical Center is the only Level II Trauma Center in Northern Utah to be verified by the American College of Surgeons 240-bed hospital located in the southern part of Weber County Offering comprehensive care from emergency and surgical services (including robotic) to advanced behavioral health and a Cancer Treatment Center, backed by around 500 physicians and recognized for patient outcomes, quality care, and emergency services like the MountainStar AirLife Ambulance This family orientated community of 300,000 is just 30 minutes North of Salt Lake City and its world-class culture including, but not limited to, theater, symphony, ballet and professional sports.
