Job Summary
The CVICU RN provides specialized nursing care to critically ill cardiovascular patients, monitors hemodynamic status, responds rapidly to changes in condition, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required
Must hold a Permanent Multi-State RN License in state of residence
If licensed in another compact state, must apply for Multi-State license within 30 days
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS and NIHSS required during orientation (ICU/CCU/SICU/CVICU)
CVICU/ICU experience strongly preferred
CCRN preferred
