Duties & Responsibilities

Round on inpatients on the Cardiothoracic Surgery service daily.
Be on call for emergent procedures, responding within required timeframe.
Perform CABG and thoracic surgeries as needed.
Conduct clinic visits (10-12 patients) when covering for regular surgeon.
Manage inpatient census of 4-6 patients and coordinate care with support staff.
