Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing outpatient cardiology practice in Viera, Florida.
This is a great opportunity for an APP who enjoys autonomy, meaningful patient relationships, and strong physician collaboration. Youll work closely with a highly experienced cardiologist who is an excellent mentor, supportive teammate, and strong communicator.
What Youll Do
- Evaluate and manage new and established cardiology patients
- Perform comprehensive cardiovascular assessments
- Conduct cardiac clearance evaluations
- Review diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans
- Provide patient education and ongoing cardiovascular management
- Collaborate closely with the cardiologist and broader care team

What Were Looking For
- Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Cardiology experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating with physicians
- Commitment to excellent, patient-centered care
- Eligible for Florida licensure and credentialing
