Cardiology APP Supervisor in Rural Washington State

I'm hiring for a Cardiology APP Supervisor in Washington State!

This position is at a busy, high-quality rural practice, with a mentoring program, and collaborative & supportive team-based care environment. Located in the heart of Washington, you can enjoy open skies, snow-capped mountains, and the lakes and rivers of the high desert. You will have access to a home of orchards, farms, and small communities.

The Cardiology APP Supervisor is an ARNP/PA-C with demonstrated leadership skills and clinical excellence and APP within their department. The APP supervisor plans, schedules, coordinates, and supervises a team of APPs. The APP supervisor collaborates with leadership in achieving organizational goals and performance outcomes of APPs in their department. Responsibilities include leading and managing staff, including APP department role optimization, performance evaluations, recruitment, hiring, and orientation. This position reports directly to the department practice manager/SLD and collaborates with the department physician manager.

Location: Near Cashmere, WA
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: 4x10s, Days
Requirements: College degree; WA license; at least 5 years experience + leadership skills
Pay: 155-187k/yr + RVU bonus potential
