    What We Offer

    Cardio Pulmonary Rehab RN

    We are hiring a Cardio Pulmonary Rehab RN to supervise, assess and monitor patients during cardiac and pulmonary rehab including exercise therapy and education sessions. You will coordinate patient care, respond to emergency situations, evaluate and recruit potential candidates for Cardiac Rehabilitation.

    Schedule: PRN - Open availability as needed - Days

    Location: Charlotte

    What We're Looking For

    • Education: 2 Year / Associate Degree, required.

    • 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

    • Experience: Three years in cardiovascular nursing, preferred.

    • Licensure/Certification: Current RN license in appropriate state, required.

    • Additional Skills (required): Practical and theoretical knowledge of all phases of routine and critical cardiac and respiratory care, with an emphasis on adult, chronic disease management. Abilities to perform decisively in critical situations and to incorporate many types of data. Has the knowledge, skills and ability to interpret information to identify each patient's requirements for care relative to his/her age specific needs. Has the ability to supervise exercise, monitor patients during exercise, and modify exercise prescriptions for cardio-pulmonary patients, in conjunction with exercise physiologists. Has effective communication and interpersonal skills to relate to patients, families, nurses, physicians and other department and hospital staff. Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing.
