Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience with 3 months within the last 36 months (3 years).
• Travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Wisconsin license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
Circulate IR, Cath, and Structural Heart procedures. Scrub is required for consideration.
For any RN role: if a candidate has NP licensure, ThedaCare will only consider them for an NP role, not a lower position.
Special Requests:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Any missed shift must be made up within 2 weeks of the absence.
Unit Details:
Primary cases/procedure types include Cath, EP, IR, and vascular.
Shift & Scheduling:
Variable day schedule with 0630 or 0730 start times.
On-call is required at least once per week; weekend and holiday coverage is as needed due to call, with a 30 min response time.
Flexible contract hours: set weekly hours are not assured during orientation week; the unit is closed during holidays.
Floating Requirements:
Floating is throughout the facility within the skill set and to all ThedaCare facilities, including ThedaCare Neenah Specials Department.
12 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
