Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 AM
Experience:
• 3 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Travel experience is required.
• 3 months of Epic experience is required.
• AS completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience:
Required skillset includes scrubbing IR, cath, and structural heart procedures.
Required Credentials:
An associate degree or certificate is required.
Special Requests:
An interview with the unit manager may not be available prior to offer. If you do not interview with the unit manager, you may interview with a third-party clinical nurse manager.
Unit Details:
Primary cases and procedure types include cath, EP, IR, and vascular.
Shift & Scheduling:
Variable day schedule with shift times of 0630-1500 or 0730-1600.
On-call is required a minimum of once per week; weekends and holidays as needed, with a 30 min response time.
Hours are not guaranteed during holidays when the unit is closed.
Floating Requirements:
The assignment includes floating throughout the facility within the skillset, to all ThedaCare facilities, and to ThedaCare Neenah Specials Department.
12 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years
1 Manager reference required from within the last 12 months
Proof of identification required
Certifications:
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• CI (Cardiac Interventional Radiography) or the alternative certification RCIS
