Industrial Baler Operator Second shift
Location Auburn Indiana
Schedule Monday through Friday 300 PM to 1130 PM
Pay 17.50 per hour

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Industrial Baler Operator to join our team. This role involves operating a baler to process and compress scrap materials in a manufacturing environment. This is a physically active position ideal for someone who enjoys hands on work and staying busy throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities
Operate industrial baler to compress scrap materials safely and efficiently
Sort load and move scrap materials using a hand cart
Perform frequent bending lifting stretching and pulling throughout the shift
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Assist with additional duties as needed

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor for the duration of the shift
Comfortable with repetitive movement and heavy lifting
Willingness to learn how to operate baling equipment
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
